With over four years of experience as a personal trainer and more than three years in massage therapy, he recently earned a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Train Smart.
With a focus on treating sports-specific injuries, Tim excels in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, PNF stretching, sports massage, Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, and functional release cupping.
Beyond his professional life, Tim keeps active with hobbies like wakeboarding, rock climbing, and bouldering; and was once a member of the national swimming team.
