The exciting opportunities we are currently looking to fill
Fly in fly out physiotherapist (ex-Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide)
We have several FIFO physiotherapist full-time roles within our team to deliver a range of occupational health and risk prevention services on a FIFO roster; either 7-7, 8-6 or 4-3, 5-2 days on/off.
The successful applicants will work on a mine site, but will be closely supported by our Biosymm team and our client’s workforce.
The applicant will require a current AHPRA physiotherapist registration and a minimum of 12 months clinical experience before joining our team. Experience in occupational physiotherapy is not a pre-requisite as we will provide you with all the appropriate training to upskill you to a physiotherapist working in occupational health. You will also be able to access ongoing fortnightly training and join our structured clinical PD program within Biosymm.
Services provided are as follows, but not limited to: onsite physiotherapy, injury management, pre-employment medicals, telehealth physiotherapy, risk assessment, office ergonomics and training services.
The successful applicants will have a tertiary qualification in physiotherapy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration with AHPRA. The successful applicants will need to demonstrate alignment with our values and integrate with our team, C-class manual driver’s license is desirable but not mandatory.

Exercise physiologists (Perth)
We are growing our exercise rehabilitation services and looking to fill full-time, part-time and casual roles within our team to deliver a range of occupational health and exercise rehabilitation services based out of our Belmont headquarters.
The successful applicant will utilise their skills in a variance of applications, predominantly in a clinical capacity, whilst also working to reduce risk of injury, complete worksite visits in the Perth metro area, assisting with our medical services and collaborating with other health professionals.
The applicant will require a minimum of 12 months clinical experience and will not require occupational health experience as the appropriate training and upskilling will be provided. You will also have access to ongoing fortnightly training and join our structured clinical PD program within Biosymm.
Services provided are as follows, but not limited to: clinic and onsite exercise rehabilitation assessing and treatment planning, pre-employment medicals, video health exercise rehabilitation services, office ergonomics and training services.
The successful applicants will be an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, registered through ESSA who demonstrate alignment with our values and integrate with our team, C-class driver’s license is mandatory.

Onsite and clinic physiotherapists (Metro, all states)
Hybrid roles based within our clinics with onsite physio exposure.
The role is suited to any physiotherapists wanting a little less ‘hands-on’ stress in their life but keen to keep their clinical problem-solving hat on and keen to work towards growing their clinic caseload.
Experience in occupational physiotherapy is not a pre-requisite, as we will provide you with all the appropriate training to upskill you to a physiotherapist working in occupational health.

Occupational nurse (Perth Metro and FIFO ex-Perth)
You will be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and experience in audiometry and spirometry testing, who genuinely cares about the health outcomes and the wellbeing of others and is passionate about customer service.
You understand that the work you do has real impact on people’s lives, so you utilise a thorough approach and follow things through.
You present as a positive, enthusiastic and adaptable personality with high attention to detail and a highly organised and focused mindset.
You are task driven and enjoy working within a team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for working autonomously to complete:
- Pre-employment medical assessments
- Musculoskeletal assessments
- Spirometry
- Audiometry
Skills and experience:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in audiometric testing and spirometry testing
- Immunisation certified
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Current first aid + CPR qualifications
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
Occupational technicians (FIFO ex-Perth)
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, professional occupational technician to join our team for a FIFO role.
You will be responsible for the execution of occupational health requirements and wellbeing initiatives, including:
- Audiometric testing
- Spirometry testing
- Fit testing (respiratory and hearing)
- General administration duties
The successful applicant will work on various mine sites in regional WA and will be closely supported by our Biosymm team and our client’s workforce.
Recommended experience:
- Previous experience as an occupational technician
- Proficiency in audiometric testing and results interpretation
- Proficiency in spirometry (lung function) testing and results interpretation
- Proficiency in quantitative RPD / HPD fit testing methods
- Degree qualification in health, science or related field (preferable)
- Mining experience (preferable)
