What is remedial massage?
Remedial massage is a natural therapy that focuses on specific pressure and manipulation of the muscular system to promote the body’s natural healing process to assist with relaxation and rehabilitation.

Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to book with a remedial massage therapist, but if you do come to us as part of a workers’ compensation plan, please bring your referral to your initial appointment.
Meet our remedial massage therapist
Josiah graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the North Metropolitan Tafe in 2017.
Josiah has extensive experience using a wide variety of massage techniques and is focused on identifying the most appropriate treatment method for each patient’s individual needs and treatment goals.
He has particular interest in dry needling and cupping, and treating athletes.
Outside of work, Josiah enjoys playing volleyball and cooking up a storm.
