PERSONALISED CLINICAL PILATES CLASSES CENTRED AROUND YOUR HEALTH GOALS
Our clinical pilates classes are led by our experienced physiotherapy team, with a strong focus on empowering you to improve your core strength and stability.
What can I expect from the initial assessment?
At Biosymm, we know that not every health journey looks the same.
That’s why we undertake a comprehensive initial assessment to understand your health goals and injury history before beginning classes.
The initial assessment will involve:
- Identifying any current pains and/or symptoms
- A general musculoskeletal screening to understand range of motion and strength
- A real-time ultrasound to assess the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles strength
Once completed, we will create a tailored clinical pilates program to suit your needs and goals, all in a safe and welcoming environment.
What can I expect from the clinical pilates classes?
Each clinical pilates class will include a maximum of three clients, allowing us to provide you with individualised attention to focus on you.
Based on your needs, equipment used in our clinical pilates classes may include:
- Reformer machines
- Cadillacs
- Wunda chairs
- Resistance bands, small weights and a balance trainer/dome
It is required that you wear active wear and socks to class. Grip socks can be purchased in-clinic at our front desk.
