Employees are a businesses most valuable asset—and often its largest expense. Finding just the right workers with just the right mix of skills and work ethic is a challenge. And in positions with high levels of physical stress and strain, the right level of physical ability is equally important to productivity and the bottom line.

The pre-employment FCE would form a baseline for a worker prior to employment and assist the employer to select the best candidate for the role. This assessment will detect any previous injuries and highlight areas of concern for both the employee and employer.

Pre-employment FCE’s can be performed for light, medium and heavy roles, testing against specific physical demands required for each role, with feedback provided as to the workers suitability for their proposed role. Education is also provided to the worker for any potential injury risks identified during testing.

One of the biggest frustrations many businesses have with their pre-employment provider is customer service. If we identify any candidate that is not fit for role, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the candidate and the appropriate classification.
