Strength for Life

A program for people aged 50 and over, centred around support and encouragement for everyone to become stronger and fitter in a friendly group setting.

As we age, it becomes increasingly important to maintain our strength and balance to stay healthy and independent.

A regular exercise program that includes strength training and balance exercises can help prevent falls and improve overall health.

Strength for life is your personal strength and balance exercise program designed to help you get fit, stay strong and improve your balance.

The program is delivered by our specially trained exercise physiologists, at our Biosymm Belmont clinic in WA for people aged 50 and over.

There is no membership or subscription fees, and we will develop a tailored exercise plan, just for you.

This includes setting realistic goals and helping you to achieve them with likeminded people in a fun and friendly group setting, centred around support and encouragement for everyone to become stronger and fitter.
